Hi, I'm Dajana,

For almost 20 years, I led teams at Google and PayPal, guiding them through constant change while consistently delivering results. My MBA from UCD Smurfit School of Business and my PROSCI Change Management Practitioner certification deepened my understanding of leadership and change management.

But when AI began transforming workplaces, I, like many leaders, felt unprepared. Everyone was focused on the technology itself, but for me, the real challenge was ensuring our teams could thrive and make a real impact in this new environment.

So, I committed to mastering AI from a people-first perspective. I explored AI courses, sharpened my prompt engineering skills, experimented with AI tools and connected with leaders in the field. I discovered how AI could be a reliable partner for my team.
