Meet Dajana , Your AI Change Partner
Hi, I'm Dajana,
I spent almost 20 years leading teams at Google and PayPal, helping organisations deliver results through constant change. I hold an MBA from UCD Smurfit and am a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.
When AI entered the workplace, I saw a familiar pattern: leaders were pushed toward tools before their teams, workflows and systems were ready. So I specialised in the people and operating side of AI adoption.
Responsible AI needs strong governance, not just good intentions. That’s why I hold the AIGP certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), with a focus on risk, accountability and responsible AI use.
Alongside my work with AI Change Maker, I’m an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity Business School, where I design and deliver executive education on AI strategy, operations and adoption for leaders.
